What we make
IllustrationShade and membrane fabric sold by the roll or by the metre, including PVC and other membrane fabrics and HDPE shade net. Tell us the application, colour and quantity, and we will recommend a suitable fabric and confirm availability.
IllustrationMachine welding of fabric panels using high-frequency (HF) and hot-air welding. We join panels, form edge pockets and reinforce corners, so the finished membrane is ready to tension and install.
IllustrationThe fittings that hold a membrane in place: wire cups (cable cups), fabric plates and corner plates, U-bolts, tensioning fittings, wire rope and clamps, and keder and edge profiles. Available on their own or with your fabric order.
IllustrationMade-to-measure membranes cut from a pattern prepared for each shade. Panels are cut, welded and finished in-house, then marked for installation on site.
IllustrationOur team installs new fabric on shade structures and replaces worn, torn or faded fabric on existing shades. When the steel is still sound, re-fabricing restores the shade without rebuilding the structure.
